OF ADVERSARY PROCEEDING
YOU ARE SUMMONED and required to submit a motion or answer to the complaint which
is attached to this summons to the clerk of the bankruptcy court within 30 days after
the date of this summons, except that the United States and its offices and agencies
shall submit a motion or answer to the complaint within 35 days.

1. A FRBP 7016(a) Pretrial Conference is scheduled to be held on Tuesday,
at 9:30 am at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court,
District of Rhode Island.
2. Pursuant to FRBP 7026(f), the parties shall file their discovery plan with the
court within 14 days after their FRBP 7026(f) conference, and in no case later than
the Friday before the Pretrial conference. If the discovery plan is not timely
filed, the parties will be ordered to show cause at the pretrial conference why
sanctions should not be imposed against them.
3. Following the FRBP 7016(a) Pretrial Conference, a FRBP 7016(b) Scheduling Order
will be entered detailing the time limits for discovery, filing of motions, joint
pretrial order submission, and any other matters appropriate in the circumstances
of the case.
IF YOU FAIL TO RESPOND TO THIS SUMMONS, YOUR FAILURE WILL BE DEEMED TO BE YOUR
CONSENT TO ENTRY OF A JUDGMENT BY THE BANKRUPTCY COURT AND JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT MAY
BE TAKEN AGAINST YOU FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT.
