CASE NO.
Order Reopening for Limited Purpose of Enforcing the Order of Discharge
On _________, the debtor(s) filed a motion to reopen the above-captioned bankruptcy
case (the “Motion”) for the limited purpose of enforcing the order of discharge. The Court finds
that cause exists to re-open the case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 350. The Court further finds that the
appointment of a trustee is not necessary. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that the Motion is granted, and the above-captioned bankruptcy case is
hereby reopened for the limited purpose of allowing the debtor(s) to enforce the order of
discharge; and it is further
ORDERED that the debtor(s) shall file appropriate pleadings to enforce the order of
discharge within fourteen (14) days of entry of this Order, and set such pleadings for hearing
promptly; and it is further
ORDERED that if no such pleadings are timely filed as set forth above, or if such
pleadings are filed but are not scheduled to be heard within the forty-five (45) days following the
filing of the pleadings, the case will be reclosed without further notice or order.
