INSTRUCTIONS
1.
The fee for filing an Assignment of Registration is $10.00.
2.
The assignment of registered marks is accomplished under the authority of §16.17,
Texas Business and Commerce Code. An assignment may be made only by a duly
executed written instrument. No verification is required; however, §16.28, Texas
Business and Commerce Code provides that:
No person may procure for himself or another the filing of an
application or the registration of a mark under this chapter by
knowingly making a false or fraudulent representation or
declaration, oral or written, or by any other fraudulent means.

Submit the original and a copy of the Assignment of Registration along with the $10.00
filing fee to the Trademark Examiner at the address shown in the heading of this form.

filed stamped copy along with a Certificate of Assignment of the Certificate of
