Send all four copies to the Texas Alcoholic
Beverage Commission, Attn Excise Tax Section, P O Box 13127, Austin, Texas 78711
When approved and returned by the commission, send the original and one copy
to the seller, and retain one copy for your files.
The seller gives the original to the carrier transporting the shipment.
